As a mediator, I realize each dispute is different – there’s no “one size fits all” process that works. With that in mind, I collaborate up front with the parties to identify what they hope to achieve through alternative dispute resolution and how best to proceed in the most helpful way possible. We structure customized engagements – ranging from formal long-term mediations to short-term facilitated discussions – together from that understanding. 

Although my practice is based primarily in the Metro D.C. area, I travel for work with clients throughout the Northeast, and am periodically available for phone/virtual engagements as well.
